The top chess players of Ukraine, winners of the European Championships, Olympic world champions took part in the championship. Maria Berdnyk, a student of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, took the honorary first place at the Ukrainian Fast Chess Championship.

On October 29, the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics hosted a meeting of the Academic Council. During the event, the First Vice-Rector of NURE Igor Ruban reported on the organization of information and career guidance work at the university. Candidates from among the university staff were also approved for the title of winner in the competition “Higher School of Kharkiv Region – Best Names”.
