On July 28, at a meeting of the Ministry of Education and Science, the results of the work of the tender commission for the selection of executors of the state order for the training of higher education, scientific, scientific-pedagogical and working personnel, advanced training and retraining in 2023 – the Obligations of the state order for the master’s degree were announced.
According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science on Approval of the Criteria for Competitive Selection of State Order Executors for Master’s Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, information on all aspects of the university’s activities is taken into account when distributing the volume of the state order:
– economic efficiency indicators;
– scientific activity (publications in Scopus and WoS, Hirsch index, number of citations, number of patents);
– number of students and percentage of foreign students;
– international activities (number of international projects, place in national and international rankings);
– relations with graduates, their employment, relations with employers;
– indicators of material and technical support of the educational process;
– social indicators (inclusion).
All of these indicators are those taken into account by the global rating agencies QS and THE. Due to the high coefficients, NURE received a record volume of state orders – 671, including 150 for educational and scientific programs. In terms of research (1.44), NURE is the best among Kharkiv universities.
