Under the leadership of the chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organisation Andrii Frolov and the Vice-Rector for Scientific Activities Yurii Romanenkov, a meeting of the conciliation committee was held to amend the Collective Agreement between the administration and the committee of the Primary Trade Union Organisation of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
The meeting, which was held in a mixed format, considered the issue of amending the Regulations on rewarding employees of NURE (Annex 2 to the Collective Agreement). According to the current version of the Regulations, the amount of reward cannot exceed 5 official salaries per month.
Given the importance of developing the University’s international cooperation, the administration has initiated the removal of restrictions on payments related to the University’s income from grant activities, international projects, etc.
The final decision will come into force after the Protocol of the meeting of the Conciliation Committee is signed.
