The University’s Educational-Methodical Council (EMC) is an advisory part of the university. The main task of EMC is to formulate a strategy and directions for the development of educational activities of the University and its teaching and methodological support. The personal composition of the EMC, the number of methodical sections, directions of their activities are approved by the Rector of the University at the suggestion of the Vice-Rector for on Scientific and Methodical Work and deans of the faculties for a term of three years.
