NURE Student Senate is the current body of self-government of Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.
Article 40 of the Law of Ukraine On Higher Education is the base for NURE Student Senate work.
According to paragraph 1 article 40 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” Student Self-government it is the right and opportunity for students to solve issues of education and life, protect students rights and interests, as well as take part in the management of higher education institutions.
The Student Senate fully promotes the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
According to paragraph 3 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” Student Self-government following the next principles and actions:
- voluntariness, collegiality, openness;
- selectivity and reporting from Student Self-government;
- equality of students rights to participate in Student Self-government
- independence from the influence of political parties and religious organizations.
