Amid the roar of shahed drones, sirens and the crack of broken windows, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics presents the city with a symbol of resilience – small fir trees and flowers planted near the main building on Earth Day.
The university staff came out to plant the green plants, taking a break from alarms. Each tree and each flower is not just a sign of respect for nature, but also a metaphor for life that breaks through the concrete of war.
