On April 25-26, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Health of the Nation and Improvement of Physical Education and Sports Education” was held, organized by the Department of Physical Education of NTU “KhPI”.

The main organizers of the conference were the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. The main goal of the conference is to exchange experience in training athletes, improve sports education and medicine to improve public health.

In order to improve cooperation with medical organizations, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics has signed an agreement with Medical Center “Brigid”.

The object of Agreement is mutually beneficial cooperation in scientific, educational and outreach activities. The cooperation is carried out in exchange of non-commercial information, training specialists who can be employed or provide services under civil law contracts in the field of Biomedical Engineering and Health Care, and NURE staff advanced training.

In March-April 2024, two large-scale events in the world of sports programming took place: the First Final of the European Programming Championship and the Final of the 2023 World Student Programming Championship.
The Ukrainian delegation at the two competitions was led by an experienced coach from the Department of Software Engineering of NURE Oleksandr Vechur, who has always supported competition to stimulate team growth.
