On April 25-26, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Health of the Nation and Improvement of Physical Education and Sports Education” was held, organized by the Department of Physical Education of NTU “KhPI”.
The main organizers of the conference were the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. The main goal of the conference is to exchange experience in training athletes, improve sports education and medicine to improve public health.
NURE was represented by Associate Professors of the Department of Biomedical Engineering Tetiana Nosova and Yana Nosova, and lecturers of the Department of Physical Education Olena Kryventsova and Svitlana Semashko. The reports were devoted to the research of Physical Education in universities in the conditions of martial law and the issues of designing compression therapy equipment. All participants were awarded certificates for their reports.
Participation in seminars and conferences dedicated to sports medicine and the implementation of measures to ensure public health is in line with the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 – Good health and well-being.
