 March 4, at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, at the Department of Systems Engineering, a solemn graduation ceremony was held for the graduates of the department who studied in the educational programs “System Design” and “Information Technology Design.”    Teachers of the Department of Systems Engineering congratulated the graduates.
