The center for international projects “Euroeducation” in partnership with the international group of experts IREG Observatory presented the annual academic rating of higher education institutions of Ukraine III, IV levels of accreditation “TOP-200 Ukraine 2020”. This year, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics took the 9th place compared to the 18th in 2019.

On June 27, the main ISRS holiday took place – the world final within the DAY ZERO of the ICPC-2020 WORLD FINALS. Due to the COVID-2019 pandemic, this year’s final of the ISRS World Programming Championship has been postponed to 2021.

The First International Scientific and Practical Conference “Aviation, Industry, Society” was held on the basis of Kremenchug Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of KFC KhNUIA. In connection with the quarantine it was held in absentia-remote form.

In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 20, 2020 (No. 392), the quarantine in NURE was extended according to the order No. 217.

This equipment will be used for scientific seminars, conferences and other events as part of the scientific component of the specialty 123 – Computer Engineering.

From June 9 to 14, the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics hosted the Educational Online Marathon on Admission 2020 to NURE “Choose your future with NURE”, in the format of online broadcasts with the participation of representatives of departments, students and graduates of the university. Filming and broadcast took place in the television studio, according to the planned schedule of performances, before each educational program, there was an offline part, which included commercials of the university (education, science, entertainment, sports) and commercials of educational programs, live online, in turn , representatives of the department, students and graduates spoke.

Oksana Bolibok, a student of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, was among the winners of the Swift Student Challenge. The winning students were selected based on their original application for the Swift playground, which is part of Apple’s annual WWDC student competition.

On June 11, the second round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of “Informatics and Cybernetics” took place on the basis of Vinnytsia National Technical University. Master’s student of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics Vladislav Sergienko, with the work on the topic: “Noise-tolerant block coding system for FPGA” (supervisor – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of Design Automation Department Elvira Kulak), took the first place.

On June 10, the Presidium of the Committee on State Prizes of Ukraine in the Field of Science and Technology awarded scholarships of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to young scientists of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
