Invitations to study (renewal) at higher education institutions of Ukraine from 2025 are ordered remotely using the Unified System for Issuing Electronic Invitations. To apply for an electronic invitation, you must create your own electronic cabinet by following this link: https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua.
To apply for an electronic invitation, you need to attach scanned copies of your passport and educational documents. If they are not in Ukrainian or English, translations into Ukrainian are required.
After receiving an electronic invitation, applicants take remote exams in mathematics and the language of instruction for bachelor’s programs and in the language of instruction and a professional exam for master’s programs.
The invitation is valid for 6 months from the date of activation.
The cost of using the Unified System services is 3,100 UAH.
The summer admission campaign for foreigners to NURE runs from July 1 to October 30.
Tuition fee for full-time study
– Bachelor’s degree programs: US$1,000 (all specialties and educational programs, except for C1 – Economics and International Economic Relations, where the tuition fee is US$1,050)
– for master’s degree programs – US$1,600
Language of instruction – Ukrainian, English.
Tuition fee for part-time study
– Bachelor’s degree programs: US$700 (all specialties and educational programs, except for C1 – Economics and International Economic Relations, where the tuition fee is US$600)
– for master’s degree programs – US$1,000
Language of instruction – Ukrainian.
The University provides the services of an intermediary company to assist in resolving issues related to registration, further education, and the student’s stay in Ukraine. The cost of the intermediary company’s services is equivalent to US$300.
To be enrolled as a student at NURE, applicants should provide passport and educational documents with a notarized translation into Ukrainian.
Persons arriving to study at NURE in Kharkiv receive a temporary residence permit and a place in a dormitory.
