On December 3–4, 2026, NURE will host the International Scientific and Technical Conference Information and Communication Technologies and Cybersecurity (ICTC-2026). The event is organized by NURE, with the Department of Infocommunication Engineering named after V. V. Popovskyi serving as the conference coordinator.
The conference welcomes researchers, academic staff, doctoral and postgraduate students, university students, as well as representatives of public institutions, businesses, and organizations whose activities are related to information and communication technologies and cybersecurity.
The conference programme includes three thematic tracks:
- Communication Networks and Services;
- Information Systems and Technologies;
- Cybersecurity and Information Protection.
Papers may be submitted in either Ukrainian or English. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be included in the electronic conference proceedings.
Authors are required to complete the registration process and upload their papers by November 1, 2026.
The first announcement and the paper template are already available for prospective participants.
We look forward to welcoming participants from Ukraine and around the world to discuss the latest achievements, exchange ideas, and strengthen international cooperation in the fields of information and communication technologies and cybersecurity.
