  • design of devices based on microcontrollers and programmable logic integrated circuits;
  • simulation of digital signals;
  • noise immunity of airspace surveillance radar systems.

Scientific work and educational process

Within the framework of training laboratories 167, 40 “c” laboratory works in the discipline “Design of devices on microcontrollers and FPGA” with the following modules are carried out:

  • “Modeling of digital signals using MATLAB and VHDL”;
  • “Microcontrollers”;
  • “FPGA”.

Also, student groups: “Signal Modeling”, “Development of devices on STM series microcontrollers”.
