Technologies for creating and optimizing multi-channel interactive automated infocommunication systems based on next-generation mobile networks

Current tasks: Development of an automatic multi-channel information system customers by calling CALLCenterDTR.


Educational process

The scientific activity of the staff corresponds to the educational programs of EPP and ESP “Information and Network Engineering” of the first and second level of education, specialty 172 Telecommunications and Radio Engineering.
