The department is profiling (release), which prepares specialists with three degrees of higher education:
– Bachelor in specialities:
• F5 – cybersecurity and protection of information, the educational program of preparation – the system of technical protection of information (STI);
• G5 – electronics, electronic communications, instrumentation and radio engineering, educational training program – information radio technologies (IRT);
– Master’s degree in specialities:
• F5 – cybersecurity and information protection, educational program – technical protection systems, automation of its processing;
• G5 – electronics, electronic communications, instrumentation and radio engineering, educational programs – information radio technologies, radio-electronic wrestling (IU);
• Doctor of Philosophy by Specialties:
• F5 – cybersecurity and information protection;
• G5 – electronics, electronic communications, instrumentation and radio engineering.
The department was founded in 1946 and for almost 80 years has been training highly qualified specialists with modern outlook and fundamental knowledge. The department has a large laboratory base used in the educational process and research.
Teachers of the department conduct research in the field of European Higher Education Standards, which allows the introduction of perspective teaching methods to establish contacts for new international exchanges.
Higher education applicants who study at the Christzi Department can take part in the exchange of students under the EU Erasmus+ EU program and listen to a series of courses at the University of Limozh (France) with the prospect of receiving a second diploma.
