The Faculty of Information Radio Technologies and Technical Information Security (IRTIS) trains bachelors and masters in 4 specialities and 5 educational programs, united by the motto: “Information radio technologies are the work of the future, the professions of the future, the business of the future“.
Software engineering in the field of Internet of things and cybernetic systems, data analysis and application software in the Internet of things and cybernetic systems, cybersecurity in the Internet of solutions are three pillars of training bachelors on the educational program “Information Technologies of the Internet of things” and masters on the educational program “Information systems architecture development” within the speciality 126 Information Systems and Technologies.
Advanced microprocessor systems, wireless information transmission technologies, technologies of remote electric power are three pillars of training bachelors and masters on the educational program “Information Radio Technologies” within the speciality 172 Telecommunications and Radio Engineering.
Multimedia and media communications technologies, systems and software for creation, processing and broadcasting audio and visual multimedia content, systems and technologies for interactive media creation, its presentation and use for functionally-oriented services are three pillars of training bachelors and masters on the educational programs “Medical Engineering” within the speciality 172 Telecommunications and Radio Engineering and “Systems, Technologies and Computer Devices for Multimedia” within the speciality 171 Electronics.
The principles of building information security systems, practical skills in selecting solutions from various categories of methods and means of information security, development and design of organizational and technical as well as engineering and technical means of information security are three pillars of training bachelors for the educational program “Systems of Technical Information Security” and masters on the educational program “Systems of Technical Information Security and Automation of Its Processing” within the speciality 125 Cybersecurity.
The Faculty maintains and develops broad international ties with the universities in France, Germany, Sweden, Mexico, Lithuania, Israel. Close cooperation with the foreign universities enables joint scientific conferences, internships and student exchanges to be held.
