Pre-university Language Training for foreign citizens and stateless persons is carried out on a full-time basis in accordance with the curricula approved by the Academic Council of NURE Disciplines studied by students of the Pre-university Language Training according to the following directions:

Acceptance of documents and admission for the Pre-university Language Training takes place during a year.
Start of study in groups is just right after the formation of group.

Documents for admission
Acceptance of documents for admission to Pre-university Language Training can be carried out in person and/or remotely.
Remote admission is open to foreigners who have been Invitation to Study.
In case of remote admission, the foreigner sends by means of postal communication to KNURE legalized and notarized copies of documents on previous education. At the first crossing of the state border of Ukraine and upon arrival in NURE foreigner transfers the original documents personally.
Enrollment of foreigners to study at the Pre-university Language Training in person is carried out on condition of the availability of documents on complete general secondary education obtained outside the Ukraine and they must be certified in the country of issuance in the method officially used in this country for such certification, and legalized by the relevant institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons can be admitted after submitting the necessary documents and writing personal application for admission to the Center for Organization of Training of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons.
The foreigner adds to the application:
1) the document about the previously acquired educational (educational-qualifying) level ( original and legalized copy with translation into Ukrainian notary certified ), on the basis of which the admission takes place;
2) the supplement to the document on the previously acquired educational (educational-qualifying) level ( original and legalized copy with translation into Ukrainian notary certifired), on the basis of which the admission takes place;
3) a copy of the passport document of the foreigner or a document certifying the identity of the stateless person;
4) a health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine;
5) COVID-19 test certificate;
6) 4 photos of size 30 x 40 mm
The documents specified in subparagraphs 1 – 3 must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized certification.
The documents specified in subparagraphs 1 – 2 must be legalized in the country of issue in a manner officially used in that country for such certification and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine.
After the successful completion of the Pre-university Language Training foreigner receives a Certificate of the established form.
