The general objective of the project is to attract attention of the Ukrainian community to the necessity of circular economy solutions for smart cities development and sustainable future of every country in order to foster integration and cooperation between Ukraine and European Union implementing best experience and strategies for changes and rebuilding.
There are specific objectives provided by the project:
- Promote experience of EU studies of sustainable cities development and circular economy regulations to ensure environmental and energy sufficient targets.
- Encourage young generation, researches, professionals, teachers, business representatives to the issues of implementing new patterns of production and consumption with focus on upgrading thinking of public management that create sustainable future of the countries;
- Foster the dialogue between the academic world, business representatives and policy makers, to improve citizens’ quality of life, increase the competitiveness of cities and industry as well as to overcome the infrastructural, environmental, and social obstacles to reach European energy and climate targets
Strength partnership between HEI, business and policymakers to upgrade thinking of public management based on triple helix model cooperation.
