In 2001 – graduated from the Kharkov State Technical University of Radio Electronics with a degree in “Informatics” and received a master’s degree in “Informatics”.

2004 – Assistant, the Informatics Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

2005 – Ph.D., specialty 01.05.02 – Mathematical modeling and computational methods.

2006 – Senior Lecturer, Informatics Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

2007 – Associate Professor, Informatics Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

2011 – received the academic title of Associate Professor of Informatics Department.

2017 – Doctor of Engineering Sciences, specialty 05.13.06 – Information technology.

2017 – Professor, Informatics Department of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.

2019 – professor of informatics department.

Teaches Courses: “Discrete Mathematics”, “Programming (Technology .Net)”, “Queuing Theory”, “Data Compression”.


Researcher activity

As part of the state budget R & D was involved in research projects: “Synthesis of information processing methods in conditions of uncertainty on the basis of self-study and soft computing”, “Evolutionary hybrid systems of computing intelligence with variable structure for the intellectual analysis of data”, “Models and methods of granulation and interpretation of multidimensional data”,”Models and methods of analysis and interpretation of dynamic processes”,” Neuro-phase systems for sequences current clusterization and classification given them in the absence of their distortion and abnormal observations”, “Development of hybrid systems and methods of computing intelligence for handling fuzzy information flows in unsteadiness and uncertainty conditions”.

In 2014, he had a scholarship at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, Wolfenbüttel, Germany.

Research interests: content-based data analysis, multimedia data analysis.


International activity / participation in international projects

I took part in a number of international conferences in Bulgaria, Spain, Germany, Poland, Taiwan and the Czech Republic.

In 2014, during one month, I was trained at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences (Wolfenbüttel, Germany).

Member of ICIME Technical Committee.
