Education and Career

In 1979 he graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics with the speciality “Electron Devices.”

Ph.D. in radio physics since 1984.

Doctor of Sciences in physical electronics since 2006.

Professor of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances since 2015.

The main stages of pedagogical activity:

 1986 – 1989 – Assistant of the Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances.

1989 – 1994 – Senior Lecturer of the Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances.

 1994 – 2008 – Associate Professor of the Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances.

 Since 2008 – Professor of the Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances.

Since 2025  – Professor (part-time) of the Department of PFEE.


Educational activity

Teaches courses: “Computational Mathematics,” “Numerical Methods in Electronics,” “Physics of Semiconductors,” “Simulations in Electronics,” and so on. He is the author of the “Information Systems and Technologies” handbook (2010).


Researcher activity

He works in the field of radio physics and physical electronics, engaged in numerical modeling of signal spectra and transients in microwave devices, as well as some general theoretical problems of computational electrodynamics, electromagnetism and quantum electrodynamics.
