In 1979 he graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics by specialty “Electron Devices.”
Ph.D. in radio physics since 1984.
Doctor of Sciences in physical electronics since 2006.
Professor of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances since 2015.

Educational activity
Teaches courses: “Computational Mathematics,” “Numerical Methods in Electronics,” “Physics of Semiconductors,” “Simulations in Electronics,” and so on. He is an author of “Information Systems and Technologies” handbook (2010).
Researcher activity
He works in the field of radio physics and physical electronics, engaged in numerical modeling of signal spectra and transients in microwave devices, as well as some general theoretical problems of computational electrodynamics, electromagnetism and quantum electrodynamics.
