The ceremony was attended by NURE Rector Ihor Ruban, NURE Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Work Larysa Karpova, and student leaders of the University.
The event was also attended by representatives of city and regional authorities, educators, lawyers, military personnel, and volunteers. Those present were united by a shared responsibility to preserve Ukraine, its statehood, and the values enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine. The participants were addressed by Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk, as well as representatives of the authorities and the public.
Special words of gratitude were addressed to the servicemen and servicewomen who, at the cost of their own health and lives, defend Ukraine as a free, independent, and sovereign state.
