The Research and Development Center of Integrated Information Radio Electronic Systems and Technologies (RDC IIREST) is a structural subdivision of the SRP. RDC IIREST was established by order No. 89 (April 13, 2005) with the aim of more efficient use of human, financial and material and technical resources for the development of promising radio-electronic systems and technologies, scientific support for the training of specialists in this area, as well as for the development of new technologies in the field of alternative energy and energy conservation based on the use of the effects of electromagnetic fields and cavitation on substances, implementation and commercialization.
Tasks
- in the scientific field, the main tasks of the Center are to carry out research and development work in the areas of activity of the laboratories that are part of the Center;
- assistance in improving the scientific component of the educational process by attracting students and graduate students to the work carried out by the Center and using the results obtained in the educational process;
- participation in the training of highly qualified scientific personnel – doctors and candidates of science;
- participation in advertising and marketing work in order to implement the obtained scientific results. Information support of the center page on the university website;
- participation in the organization of scientific and technical forums, conferences, seminars in the scientific areas of the Center, held by the university, as well as organizing and supporting the participation of the Center’s employees in the work of scientific and technical forums, conferences, seminars, including international ones;
- preparation and publication of scientific publications, as well as together with the departments of teaching aids, exhibits for exhibitions.
Functions
- conducting scientific research on theoretical and scientific and technical problems in scientific areas of the Research Center IIREST on the basis of budgetary, contractual and grant funding;
- attraction of scientific and pedagogical workers of the departments of KNURE, graduate students and students to participate in scientific research of the Center;
- discussion of completed research projects, formation of scientific and technical reports;
- assistance in the acquisition of knowledge and experience by the applicant for a scientific degree in the development and
- implementation of research methodology and research to obtain scientific results that provide a solution to an important theoretical or applied problem;
- assistance in organizing scientific forums, conferences and seminars;
- creation and registration of objects of intellectual property;
- development of business proposals, establishment of business contacts with potential consumers of scientific and scientific and technical products;
- creation of joint structures with other organizations for the implementation of research results into practical application;
- participation in the development and implementation of state target programs in conjunction with other institutions of higher education, scientific institutions and national sectoral scientific institutions; conducting joint scientific research, experimental and innovative developments;
- introduction of created innovative products.
