On May 11, the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics hosted the grand opening of the updated «GL BaseCamp» training laboratory. With the support of GlobalLogic, the lab was fully staffed with computer technology and is now ready to host university students. The new conditions have been created in accordance with modern standards of IT-education for comfortable and effective learning of KNURE students in the future.
Leader of Kharkiv company office — Natalia Siromakh, head of GlobalLogic training department in Ukraine — Tatiana Khryapina and coordinator of training department in Kharkiv — Yevgeny Gorodkov, together with rector of KNURE, professor Valeriy Semenets and associate professor of the PI ReallyCamp Pro base the KNURE database, lab features and opportunities for students and faculty to improve their knowledge in a variety of IT areas.
“This laboratory is a great example of fruitful collaboration between universities and companies that are not indifferent to the development of the Ukrainian IT industry. So, I thank our partners very much”, — said the Rector.
Representatives of the company also handed over certificates for completing a four-month Linux Kernel Development Training course to teachers at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
