12.05.2020

The II All-Ukrainian Competition for Young Researchers named after Georgy Gamov is designed to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge, in which participants speak in French to the French-speaking public (this year in videoconference).

The competition is named after Georgy Gamov, one of the most influential physicists of the twentieth century and a brilliant popularizer of science of Ukrainian origin.

Are you learning French?  Are you inspired by your research project?  We invite you to share your inspiration and creativity with the French-speaking public, take part in the competition of young scientific talents named after Georgy Gamov and win prizes from partners!

This competition is based on the international competition “My dissertation in 180 seconds (MIT180)”.  You will have 3 minutes online to present the results of research on your diploma project (bachelor / master) or your doctoral dissertation (more – Rules of the competition).  To perform all on one slide!  The jury will evaluate the performances of all candidates!

The competition is organized within the framework of the 50th anniversary of Francophonie in Ukraine by Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics in partnership with the Embassy of France in Ukraine, University Agency of Francophonie (AUF), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Association of French Teachers in Ukraine (APFU) and Federation  (FEFU).
