On August 22 in Kharkiv, as part of the celebration of Kharkiv City Day, Murad Omarov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, laid flowers at the monument to the liberating heroes. Also he took part in the conference “The Role of Diplomatic Missions in Intensifying International Cooperation and Perspectives ”, which took place within the framework of the celebration of the Independence Day of Ukraine and the Day of the City of Kharkiv.
The main purpose of the conference was to intensify international social and economic cooperation, to demonstrate positive changes in the city of Kharkiv in these areas.
