Training “Meeting the needs of the individual: from a sense of security to conflict resolution”

The Accessibility Service “NURE without Limits” took part in a three-day training for educators, which took place from 19 to 21 February and was dedicated to the acquisition of special knowledge and the formation of practical skills that will help to respond to the needs of the individual in a timely manner, to conduct dialogue in a non-conflictual manner, which will help to enhance safety during the educational process.

The training covered the following issues:

● Non-conflict communication and its importance in the system of meeting in the system of meeting the needs of the individual.
● Workshop “Consequences ignoring individual needs in communication”.
● Workshop on non-conflict dialogue, emotion management in conflict situations.
● Workshop “Identification of personal strengths and their importance in conflict resolution”.

The knowledge gained will help to promote the formation of a psychological culture, non-conflict communication, and actualisation of the need for positive change of the individual to improve the professionalism and productivity of each participant in the educational process.

The NGO Responsible Citizens and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) supported the training.
