On August 28, teachers and staff of the BMI department held a natural and cognitive event dedicated to the study of types of eco-tourism and biotourism with the use of specialized equipment for the study of bioresources of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the Timbuilding, environmental and energy saving equipment for the study of aquatic, air and biological resources was purchased: flexible solar panel for power supply of water-eco transport sails; Subley Navbow towing towed to diving and frieding; anemometer for registration of wind, atmospheric pressure and humidity; ultrasonic echo for the search for river fish and determining their physical parameters; duck’s duck inflatable schothbot to increase the lateral resistance of the vessel and increase its stability; Inflatable Sup board for rowing.
Bioturism is a study when traveling flora and fauna with the ability to promote their protection and environmental attitude. Bioturism develops in two areas-scientific-cognitive and research activities.
Ecological tourism is a special type of tourism in Ukraine that can develop successfully even with a general economic downturn. Its essence is to organize recreation in environmentally friendly places to study all types of resources with the help of environmental (green) technologies. This type of tourism has been launched in order to familiarize and preserve the environment, natural resources.
Within the framework of the natural and cognitive event, the staff of the department investigated active ecotourism-traveling on water transport, which moved muscles.
Popularization of ecotourism and biotourism aims to draw humanity’s attention to problems related to nature protection, as well as providing a healthy lifestyle that meets the achievement of sustainable development goal 3 of the UN – good health and well-being.
