Vladislav Lutskov, a student of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics of the Faculty of Information-Analytical Technologies and Management, took first place in the Kharkiv Region Arms Sports Championship in the weight category up to 90 kg, becoming a two-time champion in left and right wrestling.
