On February 14, together with the Head of State, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Head of the President Administration Igor Rainin, Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Yulia Svetlichnaya, representatives of the public and journalists, the leadership of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics attended the first concert in the renovated hall of the regional Philharmonic.
