The Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics celebrated the Day of Unity of Ukraine.
“Today we celebrate the Unity Day of Ukraine for the first time. But I want to point out that we are united, equal and worthy not only today, but every day. The national flag and anthem are symbols of a free and independent country, our Ukraine”,- said Vasyl Rossikhin, Vice-Rector for innovation and corporate work and administration of the University of Radio Electronics. Unity Day is a holiday launched on February 16, 2022, according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On Urgent Measures to Consolidate Ukrainian Society” dated February 14, 2022 № 53/2022. The holiday was established in Ukraine “In order to strengthen the consolidation of the Ukrainian society, strengthen its stability in the conditions of growing hybrid threats, information and propaganda, moral and psychological pressure on the public consciousness….”
