1982 – graduated Kharkiv Higher Military Command and Engineering School named after Marshal Krylov M.I., program “Computer Engineering”.
From 1982 to 2005 he served in Armed Forces as Head of Laboratory, Senior Researcher, Head of Research Department, Head of Information Center.
1997 – graduated Kharkiv State University of Economics, degree in Industrial Management.
2003 – PhD, specialty 05.13.06 – Automated control systems and advanced information technology.
2005 – Associate Professor Management Department, National Aerospace University M.E. Zhukovsky “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”.
2006 – Deputy Director for Research and Foreign Economic Activity State Enterprise “Kharkiv Research Institute Mechanical Engineering Technology”.
From 2010 to 2019 – Director State Enterprise “Kharkiv Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering Technology”.
Since 2015 – Professor Computer Integrated Technologies, Automation and Mechatronics Department, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (part-time).
