Education and Career

1996 –  she graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, the specialty – informatics, the qualification – engineer-mathematician, honors degree.

2003 – Assistant, then Senior Lecturer of the Informatics Department, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

2003 (autumn) – she graduated from post-graduate school.

Since 2004 – Ph.D. of technical sciences, specialty 05.13.23  – Systems and tools of artificial intelligence, the scientific leader: Dr. of Sc., Professor Yevhen P. Putiatin (Defense June 9, 2004, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, topic: “Methods of one-dimensional normalization of affine transformations in the tasks of image recognition”)

Since September 1, 2005 – Associate Professor, the Informatics Department, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

In 2008 – received the academic title of Associate Professor of the Informatics Department.


Educational activity

In the current year she teaches the courses: ”
Databases and Information Systems”, “Organization of databases and knowledge”

She has experience in teaching of such courses”:

  • “Accounting information systems ” (from 2003 till 2014);
  • “Project Management” (from 2005 till 2011);
  • “Application development and access to databases”,

also conducted laboratory work in the following courses:

“Database Management Systems”, “Mathematical and informational support of complex signal processing systems», «Methods and systems of image recognition», «Principles of  WEB-server constructions », «Internet technologies», «Algorithms and software of image synthesis», «Programming».

She supervises bachelors and masters. The topics of the thesis are related to image processing, information system design, web-applications of different directions.


Researcher activity

Field of research: content-based data analysis, multimedia data analysis, information system design.


International activity / participation in international projects

She took part in a number of international conferences in Germany, Poland, Slovenia.


Social activity

Since 2007 – the academic secretary, the Informatics Department.

She is responsible for the website of the Informatics Department.


Publications and patents

She has over 20 publications, including Scopus (2 it.)
