1970 – graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics (KhIRE) with a degree in Electronics and Radiophysics.
1974 – Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, defended his thesis at PhTI of Low Temperature Physics NASU
Senior Research Fellow – received at the 1982
Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences degree, received in 1987 year
2020-2021 – Professor of PFEE Department
