1976 – Diploma (eq. to M.Sc.) in Physics; 1987 – Candidate of Phys. & Math. Sci. (eq. Ph.D.) degree in Radiophysics, both from Kharkov National University.
1976 to 1977 – Engineer Physicist at the Ukrainian Branch of the Central Scientific Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, (Kharkov).
1977 to 1993 – Engineer, Junior, then Senior Research Scientist at the Research Laboratory, Radio Engineering Academy for Air-Defense, (Kharkov).
1993 to 2002 – Principal Research Scientist at the Scientific Center for Space Research, Kharkov Military University.
Since 2002 – Senior Research Scientist at the Department for Remote Sensing of the Earth, Institute for Radiophy-sics and Elec-tronics of Nati-onal Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Educational activity
Since 2016 part-time Senior Lecturer, then Associate Professor at KhNURE ХНУРЕ: lectures, exercises and labs on

- «Digital signal processing»,
