In 1980 graduated from Kharkіv Institute of Radio Electronics, speciality “Electronic devices”.

1980 – 1983 Postgraduate studies in Kharkіv Institute of Radio Electronics, speciality «Physical electronics, including quantum electronics»

1987 – Ph.D Thesis defended on the 6th of April 1987 at Kharkov State University.

1983 – 1998 – junior Researcher, Researcher, Senior Researcher, responsible executor of scientific topic (KhIRE, KhTURE)

2003-2005 – Lecturer, Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, NURE.

2005-2026 – Associate Professor, Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, NURE.
