Higher education, in 1987 graduated from HISI with a degree in civil engineer.
1974 – 2000 – service in the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine.
2000 – 2010 – National University of Internal Affairs, methodologist.
2011 – 2016 – Kharkiv Economics and Law University, head of economic department, deputy director of the college.
From 2017 to the present time – engineer of the 2nd category of the Contract Training Department KNURE.
