17.08.2015 – was appointed to the position of category 1 engineer of Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances
07.09.2015 – was appointed to the position of engineer in LLC «С.О.Л.О.»
01.12.2015 – was Immatriculated to postgraduate education with day release of Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances on scientific specialty 01.04.01 Physics of devices, elements and systems in KNURE
01.10.2016 – was appointed to the position of assistant of Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, KNURE
Educational activity
The next practical and laboratory classes are taught: Electronic Materials, Design of Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits, Element Base of Modern Electronics, Devices of Integrated Opto-, Photo- and Acoustoelectronics, Vacuum and Plasma Electronics, Information Display Systems, Microcircuit Engineering, Fundamentals of Microelectronics, Electronics of Telecommunication Systems, Nanoelectronic Systems, Thermovisor Devices and Systems.
Researcher activity
Participation in state budget themes: №283-1 «Theoretical and experimental bases of probe microwave diagnostics and modification of materials» and «Physical bases of development of new generation microwave sensors for environment and functional materials control». Research interests: Scanning microwave microscopy of conductors, semiconductors and dielectrics, modification of semiconductor materials, reconstruction of informational signals of SMM, approximation.
International activity / participation in international projects
Probation in Germany in Laser Zentrum Hannover eV of Leibniz Universität Hannover in 2017 that lasted for 3 months
