At the round table ‘Youth, Innovations, Future’ held at the V. G. Korolenko Kharkiv State Scientific Library and dedicated to the International Day of Intellectual Property, Professor Oleg Avrunin, Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, delivered a lecture.
The event, organised online, has become a platform for exchanging experiences, discussions and popularisation of science among students, young researchers, inventors and business representatives interested in developing innovations.
Professor Avrunin presented his innovative invention, which was recently awarded a silver medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva. This success confirms the high level of development of the scientific school NURE Biomedical Engineering Department and its contribution to world technologies.
The invention presented at the exhibition aims to improve medical technologies and diagnostics, opening up new healthcare opportunities. The jury of the international event highly appreciated its practical significance and scientific novelty.
In his presentation, Professor Avrunin also focused on the prospects of young people interested in scientific research.
