RECTOR OF NURE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR PREPARING PROFESSIONALS OF PROTEZING AND AN ORTHOTICS ACCORDING TO THE INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

 Rector of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Professor Valerii Semenets and the Director of the Ukrainian Research Institute for Prosthetics, Prosthesis and Restoration of Antonin Salievat, Executive Director of the School of Rehabilitation Sciences, Christian Schliffe, signed an agreement on cooperation aimed at the preparation of specialists for the master’s level of higher education in prosthetics and orthotics according to the international standards.

 The signed document provides the implementation of the project “Creation of prosthetic and orthopedic education in Ukraine”, within the framework of this project the training of doctors and trainers on prosthetics and orthosis will be fulfilled at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at NURE according to the international standards of ISPO category II.
