Gender equality is at the forefront of the University’s Sustainable Development Strategy.
In order to guarantee the end of discrimination against women, the University pursues a policy of ensuring the real participation of women and giving them equal opportunities for leadership in all areas of educational, scientific and social activities.
As part of actions to ensure gender equality, the publishing activity of the University’s women-researchers was monitored.
It was established that out of 781 scientific and pedagogical workers, 361 are women, of which 128 women (16%) conduct active scientific work and have publications in publications indexed by scientometric databases.
