The opening of the Cyber Action Innovation and Competence Center in Kharkiv has recently taken place. The Center was opened on the basis of Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics (NURE) with subordination to the V.V. Popovskyy ICE Department. The Regulation on the Cyber Action Innovation and Competence Center at NURE was approved at the October meeting of the Academic Council of our university.
The head of the Center is Professor of the V.V. Popovskyy ICE Department Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Yevdokymenko M.O..
Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Georgy Dubinsky took part in the opening of the Innovation and Competence Center “Cyber Action” NURE. The presentation of the Center was also attended by Prof. Ruban I.V., Acting Rector of NURE, Prof. Yevdokymenko M.O., Head of the Center, as well as representatives of the departments, whose work is related to the actual for Ukraine directions of development of cyber defense technologies, artificial intelligence and robotics. In the future, the Center should become a powerful hub for attracting investments, implementation and commercialization of scientific and educational projects by initiative teams of departments and other divisions of NURE. The first step in this direction has been made. From November 1, the Center will requalify veterans and veteran women for municipal administrative service centers.
Previously, similar centers have been opened in Kiev, Lviv and Dnipro. It is expected that Innovation Centers will be launched in many other cities of Ukraine!
