Online Rector’s Office is an additional channel of communication between the staff and students of our university and the Acting Rector Igor Ruban.

The appeal is not accepted for consideration if:
– it contains abusive or insulting language, calls for incitement to social, religious, gender or ethnic hatred;
– containing questions that require requisites (stamp, signature, etc.) in accordance with the established procedure;
– contain direct, in particular, political, advertising;
– the appeal does not contain specific proposals, statements, or complaints;
– a repeated appeal has been submitted that has already been considered. An appeal can be resubmitted only if new circumstances arise.
