On 24 June 2026, the “Your Rights – Your Freedom” forum dedicated to Constitution Day of Ukraine was held in Kharkiv with the support of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration and the Kharkiv Regional Council. The event was organised by the Kharkiv Regional Youth Centre.
Representatives of the NURE Student Senate took part in the forum together with students of higher education institutions of Kharkiv region and representatives of territorial communities of the region.
The programme of the event was informative and engaging. The participants joined a warm-up activity, visited a guided tour of the Kharkiv Regional Philharmonic, created thematic posters dedicated to the rights, freedoms and principles enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine, and tested their knowledge during the final quiz.
The forum was also attended by Kostiantyn Ananchenko, Head of the Department for Youth and Sports of the Kharkiv Regional State Military Administration. He spoke with the young participants, congratulated them and supported the implementation of such educational initiatives.
Constitution Day of Ukraine is a reminder of the value of rights, freedoms and the responsibility of every citizen. Events of this kind help young people better understand the significance of the Fundamental Law of Ukraine and the importance of an active civic position.
