To mark the 96th anniversary of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, the NURE Department of Physical Education and Sports, together with the IT-Leader Sports Club, held the traditional online competitions “PULL-UP NURE” for male students and “FLOOR POWER NURE” for female students.
This year, the sporting challenge brought together 53 NURE students. Participants performed the exercises remotely from different locations, united by a shared determination to succeed, a strong sporting spirit, and the desire to demonstrate their strength and endurance.
The winners were determined based on the competition results.
Pull-ups for male students:
- 1st place — Anton Shykitka, group PZPI-24-7 — 27 repetitions;
- 2nd place — Daniil Lytvyn, group ITINF-26-1 — 25 repetitions;
- 3rd place — Ostap Nehoda, group IIT-26-1 — 23 repetitions.
Push-ups for female students:
- 1st place — Daria Siedina, group IST-25-1 — 50 repetitions;
- 2nd place — Anastasiia Naboka, group PZPI-24-1 — 45 repetitions;
- 3rd place — Yuliia Panasenko, group PZPI-25-2 — 44 repetitions.
We sincerely congratulate the winners on their excellent results and thank all 53 participants for their activity, perseverance, and sporting spirit.
These competitions have already become a good NURE tradition. They promote a healthy lifestyle, encourage students to stay physically active, and demonstrate that distance is no obstacle to shared sporting initiatives.
