The Student Senate, in collaboration with the Student Trade Union Committee of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, organized and conducted a two-day training session titled “Conflicts and Team Building”.
The event took place on April 2 and 3, 2026, and was implemented with the support of the non-governmental organization “Avalist” in partnership with the international organization Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe under the project “Comprehensive Humanitarian Assistance to Vulnerable Population Groups in Kharkiv and Donetsk Oblasts,” funded by the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The objective of the training was to develop students’ skills in effective communication, emotional intelligence, constructive conflict resolution, and enhancing team interaction.
The event program included: exploring emotional management and conflict resolution, team building, and fostering effective teamwork within a group.
Interactive learning methods were used during the sessions, including practical exercises with materials such as sheets of paper, pencils, and markers, which encouraged active participant engagement and created a supportive environment for learning and communication.
As a result of the training, participants gained practical skills in managing emotions, effectively resolving conflict situations, and working in a team. The event received positive feedback and contributed to fostering student activity and improving the communication culture among students.
