On November 18, in the Assembly hall of NURE, with the support of the MTS Department, a meeting of students with representatives of employer companies took place.
The event was opened by Rector Valerii Semenets, who explained the prospects and prestige of EMBEDDED programming, the rapid development of embedded systems and technologies industry 4.0, the lack of both in Ukraine and in the West, experts working in this industry, stressed the relevance of the course “Design of devices on microcontrollers and FPGAs” as a necessary component in the formation of embedded systems specialist. “In the West, there are few specialists with knowledge of microcontroller technology, they are very valued and if you go this way, step by step, you will become good, popular specialists. The University has a program of double diplomas, there is a fruitful cooperation of the Department of Biomedical Engineering with German universities-it is promising in terms of future employment, ” – said Professor Semenets. The meeting was attended by representatives of leading companies interested in the development of embedded systems, such as: GlobalLogic, CJSC “Energouchet”, RF Engineering & Consulting.
During the event, students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of companies and requirements for knowledge and skills that students need to acquire for successful employment in the future. Also, students were invited to practice, internships and excursions
