17 APR 2020 in Lutsk national technical University held the II round of Ukrainian competition of student research papers in specialty “Metrology and information-measuring technology”. The contest received 58 student research papers (undergraduate authors – 101, supervisors – 47) from 19 higher educational establishments of Ukraine.
According to the results of II round of the competition with the II degree Diploma was awarded student of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, groups BME-17-1 Vladimir Rogovets (scientific. supervisor – Assoc. Prof.of Biomedical engineering Department Averyanov L. A.). Competitive work item was executed with the assistance of the educational-scientific base of the Department of BME – Institute of medical radiology and Oncology named after S. P. Grigoriev of NAMS of Ukraine and diagnostic center “Brigid”. Experimental work was carried out with the use of unique equipment, dosimetry, anthropomorphic phantom CIRS Atom and multi-slice CT scanner Philips Brilliance 64. The submitted work is a fragment of scientific researches on creation of system of monitoring radiation doses to patient in computed tomography in medical institutions of Ukraine. The study was performed within the practice of the Central laboratory for radiation protection and dosimetry of medical radiation with the direct participation of the Head of Cand of Biol.Sciences Senoir Researcher Stadnik L. L., Junior Researcher Nosik A. V. and engineer Alina Dorosh. CT scan of the phantoms were carried out by the group leader clinical topometry PhD Vasiliev L. L.
The certificate of the participant and the gratitude from the rector of Herzen state pedagogical University also received the student of NURE Valery Fomenko and her research supervisor, Assoc.DEP.Metrology and technical expertise Stefan N. V.
