Kateryna Vashchenko, a student of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, won second place in the overall ranking of the Zavtra.UA Scholarship Program for the 2024/2025 academic year.
The scholarship is awarded by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation to the best students in Ukraine who demonstrate high academic achievements, active citizenship, and scientific initiative.
Kateryna is studying for a master’s degree in Information Systems and Technologies and submitted a competition entry on the topic: “Synthesized data for training an artificial neural network to recognize and classify objects in images.”
This is a great honor not only for the student herself, but also for the entire university. The staff of NURE sincerely congratulates Kateryna on this important victory and wishes her new scientific achievements!
