NURE Opens a Safe Learning Space for Students

14.04.2026

Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics has opened a safe learning space. This modern facility allows students to study in person even during air raid alerts, attend lectures and practical classes, and work on projects without interruption. The initiative was implemented through a collaboration between NURE and the IT4Life charitable foundation, in partnership with EPAM Ukraine and under the leadership of the Kharkiv IT Cluster.
Safe learning is an investment in the region’s future professionals. In this context, safe learning spaces preserve Kharkiv’s educational potential, encourage young people to stay in the city, and provide the conditions for training new specialists
As a continuation of this important collaboration, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics signed a memorandum of cooperation with EPAM Ukraine. This expands the range of opportunities to enhance the training of young and promising professionals in the field of information technology, enables participation in EPAM Campus educational initiatives, and facilitates joint educational events
