The laboratory “Systems of technical protection of information” (video surveillance, security alarms and access control) (SEL STPI) with the participation of employees of the Department of “Computer radio engineering and systems of technical protection of information” (CRESTPI) associate Professor Dmitry Gavva and senior lecturer Yevgeny Medvedev received new equipment from Ajax Systems. In particular: Ajax StarterKit Plus starter kit; ReX radio signal repeater; ocBridge Plus wired and hybrid security integration module; Transmitter third-party sensor integration module; wireless combined motion and glass breaking sensor CombiProtect; wireless door and window opening sensor with doorprotect Plus shock and tilt sensor; relay with dry contacts and remote control of Relay and WallSwitch household devices, as well as other radio devices for creating a wireless security system and a smart home based on it.
Ajax Systems is a Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of new-generation wireless security systems that use not only high-quality components from foreign manufacturers, but also a variety of independently developed algorithms, technologies for data protection and transmission: Jeweller, HazeFlow, Smart Detect, Deliver Anyway, First Step Detection, and others.this will ensure highly reliable and energy-efficient operation of the Ajax family of equipment.
Received from Ajax Systems equipment will allow to improve technical base of the laboratory and on the highest level, to conduct classes in such disciplines as “the Design of systems of information protection”, “Technical means of protection of objects”, etc. for students of the speciality 125 “Cybersecurity”, education bachelor’s study programme “systems of technical information protection” (Department Crests), as well as to acquaint students with modern, world-class equipment ensure the physical and information protection of various objects.
